Joseph Riccio has a wealth of experience with waterways and real estate.  As a former merchant marine, a Maryland licensed general contractor, and a real estate broker he has a beneficial perspective on property management, rentals and real estate sales on the Eastern Shore and in the St. Michaels area.  His family has been in real estate since the 1950s and he is carrying on the tradition with nearly 20 years experience. Jake is a graduate of Loyola College with a B.A. in Finance. His prior professional experience includes working in finance and development in Baltimore and DC with organizations such as the Abel Foundation, a philanthropic organization dedicated to the enhancement of the quality of life in Maryland. He is a licensed boat captain with extensive sea time and has travelled extensively along the East Coast, throughout the Caribbean Islands and Central America. He turned his passion into a 20-year career in the yachting and sportfishing industry which he continues to enjoy.

Jeannie is a Talbot County native who was raised in the St. Michaels region.  She is a graduate of St. Michaels High School and Salisbury University.  Her family's history in the St. Michaels and Bay Hundred region dates back to the late 1600s with a strong legacy in the maritime industry.   At Maritime Properties, she assists with real estate sales and marketing.
